PENRO Technical Services Division Chief, Forester Noraida Formacion, said the activity aims to equip DENR South Cotabato personnel in capturing and documenting best practices and initiatives in their area of responsibility.  “Their learnings will serve as their guide in producing quality video materials in connection with the implementation of National Greening Program (NGP) and other programs and projects in the province, ” she said.
